At Orolay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new outerwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a sturdy mailing bag, and securely affix the return label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
